Return Policy

Returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Freight is non refundable and 3% credit card transaction fee will still be enforced for any returns. Returns must be sent back within 10 days. All returns are subject to approval and must be authorized prior to returning. Items must be sent back in original packaging and item must not be used and shall only be accepted back if in perfect as new condition. Special order items are non cancellable and non returnable. Please keep in mind that Plug gages, thread gages, ring gages,air plugs and air rings are also considered special order items.
