Phase II advanced line of Micro Vickers Series hardness testers are state-of-the-art, precise testing systems suitable for hardness analysis of metallic specimens in metallography laboratories or production environments. The Phase II micro-vickers hardness testers are versatile and user-friendly systems, designed for the accurate hardness testing of small precision parts, thin materials, coatings, wires and case depth determinations. The Phase II 900-392 is our mid levelmicro-vickers hardness tester, covering the load range from 10g to 1kg, with digital technology. Conforming to ASTM E-384/92 vickers hardness testers standards, the 900-392 digital vickers hardness tester will offer unmatched repeatability. A perfect rugged performer suited for any environment, the Phase II vickers hardness testers are offered with a 5 year warranty and free lifetime technical support.
The 900-392 Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is engineered to produce a clearer indentation and hence a more precise measurement. By means of a 10 × lens 20X and a 40 × lens the 900-392 vickers hardness tester has a wide measurement field and a broad usage range. Equipped with a digital microscope, it shows the measuring methods, the test force, the indentation length, the hardness value, the dwell time of the test force as well as the number of the measurements, all shown on its LCD screen. This unit comes equipped with an interface that can be linked to a digital camera and a CCD video—camera . This micro Vickers hardness tester can also measure Knoop hardness after installing an optional knoop indentor.
5 Year Warranty.
