Ring Gages Plain Cylindrical
Plain Ring Gages are used to check external diameters of straight round parts and to set other gages, such as bore gages, internal micrometers and air gages. Willrich Precision offers plain ring gages from a variety of major gage makers- Vermont Gage , Glastonbury Southern Gage, Mahr Federal, Edmunds Gages, Van Keuren , PMC Gage, etc.
- GO Ring: (LARGER) Sized to the upper limit (maximum allowable size) of the part’s tolerance. The part must pass through it, ensuring it is not too large.
- NOGO Ring: (SMALLER) Sized to the lower limit (minimum allowable size) of the part’s tolerance. The part must not fit into it, ensuring it is not too small.
