Series FS05 force sensors

Measure tension and compression forces. Mount directly to the test frame’s crosshead without any cables.
Capacities from 0.12 to 500 lbF [0.5 to 2,500 N].

Series FS06 force sensors

Measure tension and compression forces. Rugged s-beam design accommodates bulkier grips and fixtures.
Capacities from 50 to 500 lbF [250 to 2,500 N].

Control panel tabletop mounting kit (AC1085)

For applications requiring remote use of the control panel. Features an adjustable viewing angle and a base with thru holes for bench mounting.

Shield (AC1092-2)

Provides pinch and sample debris protection for the operator. Includes an electrical interlock, preventing operation while the door is open.

Single column extensions (AC1094-1 / -2 / -3)

Increase the vertical clearance for longer samples (travel distance remains the same). Select from 6, 12 and 24 in [150, 300, and 600 mm] heights. Multiple extensions may be stacked in line. If a shield is required, consider Model AC1092-4. Extensions may be factory-installed at time of test frame order or field-installed¹.

Notes:

Except Model F505H. Factory installation required.
Factory deflection compensation applies to the test frame only. To further compensate for column extension deflection, run the Deflection Compensation utility in IntelliMESUR®.

Double column extensions (AC1095-1 / -2 / -3)

Accommodate up to a 20 in. [508 mm] wide sample, or ø21.5 in [ø546 mm] round sample. Select from 6, 12 and 24 in [150, 300, and 600 mm] heights. The base contains rows of T-slots for fixture mounting.

Not compatible with Mark-10 shields.

USB hub (AC1093)

Test frame-mounted 4-port USB hub improves cable management and conveniently accommodates peripherals, such as a flash drive, barcode scanner, etc. Compatible with all Series F test frames.

Allow for quick grip installation and removal, and prevent grip rotation.
