NOTES:
Gage performance based on proper use in controlled environment.
Ball sizes measurable from 0.030 to 2.00 inch by changing out components
as needed for ball size range. Fixture and vee stop to be set for specific
ball size to be measured.
Masters not included with this system. Customer to provide own masters.
End User :
End User to provide balls for assembly testing with
sample balls (min, max, and middle sizes). Or if specific setup needed to
let us know what it is prior to ordering.
Test data may be provided as long as there are balls to test with.
General specificatoins:
±0.001 inch measuring range with 1uin resolution
ball diameter capacity 0.030 to 2.000 inch (with new vee stop)
repeat on master ball to be ±2uin (in controlled environment)
gage head linearity is 0.05% over full calibrated range (±0.008″)
Accuracy, within controlled environment and proper technique to be
within ±2uin over the ±0.001 inch calibrated range
