XT Spline Gauges for the internal splines in reference.

We supply XT Spline Gauges for Measurement Between Pins, Spline Major Dia and T-Shaped Anvil Gauges to measure Spline Minor Dia. While splines usually have an even number of teeth, there are splines with Odd Number of teeth as well. We have supplied Between Pins and Maj Dia gauges for these splines. We have also supplied 2 Space Masters. Where master rings are ordered we provide the dia calculation for mastering the XT Spline Head

The Digital Handles, XT Pistol Grip or XT Holemikes can be switched between Metric and Inches.

The XT System resolution is 0.001mm. Accuracies, depending upon the range of the XT head are, 0.004mm for heads in the span 2mm to 50mm, and 0.005-0.006mm in the 50-200mm span.

The measurement range of the XT Spline Gauges quoted are dependent upon the Between Pins Dia and Pin Dia for which the gauge is specified.
